3D Rendering Project with Decorist

This design was so unique and I really enjoyed finding a visual and functional solution to turn this room into a mini studio apartment for this fun couple. The goal: Create a multi-functional living space with a living area, work area, and eating area. The challenge (in this couple's own words): She is South American and prefers neutrals with accessories and art of bright colors like orange and teal. He is Italian and loves the color orange and would love orange to be everywhere. Trying to find a compromise and balance perhaps with accessories, a colorful accent wall, or a colorful piece of furniture. The solution: A bright orange accent wall with colorful throw pillows, and (3) designated spaces for work, relaxation, and eating. Using rugs to delineate space, I created a comfy living area with plenty of seating and used the media console to create a space divider. On the opposite side of the room, a bar and bar stools create a solution for eating and provide a place to sit and have a cup of coffee. Tucked on the sides of this space are a small work area and a bookcase to provide extra storage. Challenge accepted! ;)
